"The staff goes above and beyond in providing quality and caring attention to patients. Nurses exhibited great pride in being on time and present to handle the needs of their patients. I was given the times of their visits and could observe their services at anytime. My Mom's care was explained to me and I was updated anytime | requested and at the specified times they had scheduled. I had access to her nurses, the nurse practitioner and her doctor. All supplies and equipment was provided in a greater than timely manner. I was allowed to make suggestions on supplies and equipment I felt would benefit my Mom and everything was provided. Medications were delivered and communication with the staff doctor and my Mom's primary doctor was also a part of the program. Nurses would address all questions and concerns before the end of the day and even on their off duty hours from home."
